Perform clinical and laboratory support functions in the Urgent Care setting, including patient care, moderate‑complex laboratory testing, and coordination with the health‑care team.

• Startup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment per laboratory protocols and CAP regulatory requirements; document quality control activities and device calibration. (essential)
• Communicate lab results to the clinical team and ensure accurate data entry in the LIS system. (essential)
• Prepare specimens, perform moderately complex laboratory tests using automated equipment, and document results. (essential)
• Maintain mandatory continuing training and achieve competencies; perform CAP proficiency testing samples. (essential)
• Provide patient care duties: vitals, EKGs, wound care, phlebotomy, specimen collection, patient transport, crutch walking, and assist providers in procedures. (essential)
• Maintain supply inventory, restock medical, surgical, laboratory, office supplies, and equipment; ensure proper cleaning and turnover of exam rooms. (essential)
• Prioritize delegated responsibilities, monitor the departmental environment per regulatory guidelines, complete patient rounding, communicate delays, and perform additional functions under the attending physician’s direction. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment; demonstrate attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. (essential)

• Associate’s degree.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
• 0–1 year of related work experience.
• Experience with computer systems, including web‑based applications and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Pay Range: $37.00 – $49.80 per hour (base hourly wage; may exceed with shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other applicable practices).
