The Granddaughter Network is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide private, non‑medical home care rooted in professionalism, dignity, and the heart of your neighborhood granddaughter.

As a caregiver with The Granddaughter Network, you’ll support clients in their own homes by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and providing meaningful companionship. This role is ideal for caregivers who value relationship‑based care
, consistency, and making a genuine difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Weekly hours typically range from 10–40 hours
, depending on client needs and caregiver availability, with opportunities for both part‑time and full‑time schedules.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering independence and dignity
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team promptly
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment
• Provide specialized care for clients with rehabilitation conditions
  , following established care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, following company guidelines
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times
• Work collaboratively with families and care coordinators to ensure consistent, high‑quality care

• Part‑time: 10–25 hours per week
• Full‑time: 30–40 hours per week
• Shifts typically range from 4–12 hours

• Daytime, evening, overnight, weekend opportunities may be available
• Schedules are matched based on caregiver availability and client needs

• Active certification as CNA, HHA, PCA
  , or equivalent caregiving credential
• Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or related settings preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required (additional certifications a plus)
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a compassionate, dependable demeanor
• Ability to work independently while following care plans and agency standards
• Comfort providing care in private home settings
