Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Job Title: Travel Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)

• Facility Setting: Diagnostic Radiology Unit
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• End Date: February 21, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (start times: 7am, 7:30am, 8am, 8:30am)
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (excluding on-call)
• Holiday & Call: May include holidays and 2 eight-hour call shifts per month

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications

• Vocational or Technical training in Medical Radiography
• Active Massachusetts Rad Tech-Radiography License
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist experience
• Advanced technical computer skills for radiology systems
• Competency in Operating Room (OR) imaging procedures
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Not eligible if employed by Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel or perm) within the last 6 months

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in Vascular, MRI, CT, Dexa, and Diagnostic Radiology
• Provide clinical support to Emergency Department, inpatient units, and Operating Room
• Ensure accurate, high-quality imaging for optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with healthcare safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in orientation and ongoing professional training
