Position: Program Coordinator I- Neurology
Position Summary:

Under direct supervision, coordinates all activities and functions of a program to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program.

* May prepare or assist in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors.

* Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed.

* May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.

* May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.

* May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts.

* Drafts written communication and promotional literature.

* May assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications.

* Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

* Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience:

* 1 year of related experience

* Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy, both orally and in writing

* The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.

Schedule:

M-F, 730a-400p or 800a-430p; hybrid after training

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
