North Med Health is partnering with a therapist-owned outpatient practice in Worcester, MA to hire a full-time Physical Therapist (PT). This Monday–Friday role (no weekends!) offers true one‑on‑one care, robust mentorship, and access to state‑of‑the‑art modalities. As an outpatient PT, you’ll treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic, sports, neurological, vestibular, balance, amputee rehab, and aquatic therapy. • Provide evaluations and evidence‑based treatment as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Deliver high‑quality, one‑on‑one outpatient care across orthopedic and neurological populations.
• Treat patients within sports, vestibular, amputee, balance, and aquatics programs.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in mentorship, CE, and specialty program development.

• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility).
• Strong interest or experience in ortho, neuro, vestibular, sports, or aquatics.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to 1:1 patient engagement.
