Why Choose BETR for Your Postdoctoral Fellowship?

BETR places (neuro) psychological testing at the center of individual wellness. We’re building a tech-enabled, testing-focused care model that improves access, efficiency, and outcomes for clients and creates a differentiated, sustainable career path for clinicians. Our clinicians get strong clinical and business mentorship, competitive compensation, and clear opportunities to grow (including practice ownership pathways).

Our unique standards of care and care model enable us to keep wait times to weeks, not months, deliver actionable, school- and PCP-friendly reports, and partner closely with families, payers, and community providers beyond the assessment. Our goal is client outcomes, not simply a diagnosis.

Let’s make a lasting impact on behavioral health and wellness together!
