- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare sector
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
- Valid driver’s license
