What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Meet or exceed regional sales quotas while developing comprehensive annual strategic regional plans
  • Lead and manage sales activities for the Respiratory Health division, aligning with organizational goals
  • Oversee a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists to drive sales performance
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to develop divisional sales policies and strategies
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, products, and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare sector
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
  • Valid driver’s license
