Occupational Therapist OT Internal Float needed for Spaulding.

• Conducting assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
• Providing ongoing therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and modalities.
• Supervising and mentoring other occupational therapists to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Participating in professional development opportunities and staying up-to-date with advances in occupational therapy research and practice.
• Contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Education: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Licenses and Credentials:

• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred.
• Occupational Therapist [State License] - Generic - HR Only preferred.

Experience:

• Occupational therapist experience 3-5 years required.
• Experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility 3-5 years preferred.
