Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our residents
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
