Physician Assistant
A respected value-based care clinic in Boston, MA, is seeking an experienced
Physician Assistant to join its primary care team and see
patients ages 14 and up
. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values high-quality care, strong patient relationships, and an outstanding work-life balance in a supportive practice environment with low turnover.
- Outpatient-only practice
- Mix of wellness visits, preventive care, and same-day sick visits
- Average patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
- Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly
- Flexibility to complete administrative time remotely
- Positive team culture with a focus on provider satisfaction and quality patient outcomes
- Base Salary: $145,400 – $154,500 annually

- Minimum of:
- Two (2) years of primary care experience, or
- One (1) year of urgent care experience plus one (1) year of primary care experience
