Brigham House is seeking a non-exempt Resident Care Assistant to join the Resident Care Department. This full-time role offers day and evening shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM) plus a Part-Time RCA 11 PM–7 AM.
You will aid residents with daily activities, provide medication reminders, and help maintain a safe, respectful living environment. Responsibilities include following the service plan, documenting observations, and assisting with housekeeping duties when needed.
