BMCHS is seeking a Clinical Social Worker-LCSW for the Social Work Float team in Boston. This full‑time, 40‑hour position requires 8:00 AM–4:30 PM weekdays with one weekend per month and one holiday per month.
The Clinical Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, provide psychotherapy and family support, and collaborate with diverse care teams to address emotional and social needs of high‑risk patients. Massachusetts LCSW licensure is required.
