We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead Phlebotomy and overall laboratory operations for a permanent role in the Boston area. This position is ideal for a seasoned clinical laboratory professional ready to step into a leadership role with responsibility for staff oversight, quality, compliance, and daily workflow management.
Position Highlights:- Permanent, full-time position
- Leadership oversight of Phlebotomy/laboratory operations
- $83,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience
- Full benefits package
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Lab Supervisor or Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- ASCP, NCA, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Knowledge of CAP and Joint Commission requirements
- Previous supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and quality management skills
