Associate Director, Medical Affairs Research; Investigator Studies

Associate Director overseeing Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and research collaboration programs within Medical Affairs, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

• lead strategy, process improvements, and daily management of ISS, coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage budgets and contracting, oversee training and reporting metrics, and lead research award programs.
