Territory Manager

Innova Medical Products provides top-quality orthopedic products and equipment to both patients and physicians. As a partner to medical professionals, Innova facilitates communication between medical professionals and manufacturers to develop new, improved technologies. The company's threefold goal is to equip doctors with essential tools, assist manufacturers in product distribution and enhancement, and support patients on their healing journey.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager at Innova Medical Products. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, building relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The role will be primarily located in Eastern Mass Field-based work and in our office based in Wellesley MA. You will be part of a team and expected to communicate daily with the team.

• Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in the Orthopedic medical or healthcare industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic products and equipment
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently and as a team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
