Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire therapists (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) for Per Diem positions.

• Area 1:
  Boston, South Boston, South End, Dorchester, Roxbury, W. Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale.
• Area 2:
  Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton.

• Hands-on therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

• Provide professional therapy care to clients in their homes.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy care.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.

• PT/ OT Assessments $ 90 per visit.
• PT/OT – Treatment visits $70 per visit.
• PTA/OTA – Treatment visits $60 per visit.
