Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Ophthalmic Assistant II (COA/COT/COMT) to prepare patients for evaluation by an Ophthalmologist or Optometrist. You will take patient histories, perform preliminary eye function tests, administer eye drops, manage patient flow, and assist with refractions.
Responsibilities include escorting patients, conducting tests (visual acuity, tonometry, autorefraction, OCT, fundus photography), maintaining equipment, stocking rooms, and supporting scheduling.
