Medical Science Writing Manager - Onsite - Boston Seaport

We’re looking for a Medical Science Writing Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality scientific and medical content across a variety of projects and audiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced medical/scientific writer who enjoys both hands-on writing and managing projects, stakeholders, and other writers
.

• Lead the development of medical and scientific content from concept through final delivery
• Manage multiple writing projects, timelines, and priorities
• Write, edit, and review scientific, medical, clinical, and educational materials
• Translate complex scientific and clinical information into clear, compelling content
• Partner with scientists, physicians, clinical teams, regulatory professionals, and other subject matter experts
• Review scientific literature, clinical data, and research findings for accuracy and relevance
• Establish and maintain high standards for scientific accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and feedback to other medical/scientific writers
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables meet applicable scientific, regulatory, and quality requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine
  , or a related field
• Several years of experience in medical writing, scientific writing, medical communications, clinical research, or a related area
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of scientific and medical terminology
• Ability to interpret clinical data and scientific literature
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience mentoring or managing other writers is preferred

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, regulatory writing, medical communications, or scientific publications is highly desirable.
