Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to help seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will work under a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, function, and quality of life.
You will lead therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities; document progress; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; and educate patients, families, and caregivers in a patient-centered culture
