Travel Cath Lab​/EP Technologist - EP Lab

American Traveler is hiring an EP Technologist for an Electrophysiology Lab requiring at least 2 years of EP experience and RT(R) or RCES certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience required, with at least 2 years of EP tech experience preferred
• RT(R) or RCES certification preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Acute care hospital experience required

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting in the EP Lab (Electrophysiology Lab)
• Works on a team of Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologists assisting in electrophysiology procedures
• Uses Epic EMR
• Day shift schedule of either 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts
• May float to other cardiac procedural areas as needed
• Assist in electrophysiology procedures and support delivery of quality patient care
• Collaborate with the care team to promote the policies, procedures, and objectives of the Cardiac Arrhythmia Center
• Demonstrate advanced clinical practice while maintaining a willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving EP environment
• Works under moderate supervision, handling routine tasks with occasional need for independent judgment
