Summary:

Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a Field Service Team Lead covering the Boston
- Metro West.

Team Leads are responsible for the direct management of a team of Field Service Representatives and oversight to other clinical staff employed and/or contracted by Distributor Partners and are responsible for driving compliance and profitability of the Field Services portfolio. This position is measured by incremental profitability, operational metrics (e.g., inventory overstock returns, product mix, ASP, upfront cash collections, etc.).This is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-moving, patient-focused setting amongst extraordinarily talented professionals dedicated to making life-changing innovation possible in orthopedics and beyond with brands such as Don Joy, Aircast, Pro Care and Exos.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need. Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and a team-oriented, results-driven culture through consistent communication, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching.

Oversee staffing activities, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, development planning, and terminations for Field Service Representatives (FSRs).Drive professional growth by managing certification, training, and performance programs, using objective-setting, formal reviews, and individualized coaching.

Ensure operational excellence by managing direct reports, improving team capability, and developing talent to enhance organizational metrics and service delivery.

Support effective territory management by guiding training deployment, compliance adherence, progression planning, and optimization for both Enovis and DP-employed FSRs.Conduct routine field visits to assess skill needs, provide hands-on development, and reinforce service excellence and compliance standards.

Collaborate closely with the Regional Service Manager and cross-functional teams to assess resource needs, solve constraints, and ensure outstanding clinic support, patient experience, and organizational alignment while sharing best practices and fostering ethical conduct.
