We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Champions ABA - MA! As a leading provider of in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, our mission is to empower individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our therapy team, working one-on-one with clients to design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver high-quality services that promote each client's growth, development, and independence.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with our BCBAs and other professionals
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, utilizing tools and software as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve client outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
