Restaurant Associates, the industry’s leading provider of dining and event catering for some of the nation’s most prestigious museums, performing arts centers and corporations, seeks a dynamic Catering Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all on‑premise events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to design menus and event details within budget
• Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff
• Manage vendor contracts, event logistics, and financial records
• Ensure high‑quality service and resolve client concerns
• Lead events as hands‑on manager, coaching the team to continuous improvement
• Review event performance and drive continuous improvement and innovation

• 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and client relationships
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing demands
