Salary: $85,000 - $95,000. Other compensation: benefits.

Restaurant Associates at Harvard Treehouse is seeking a dynamic Catering Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all on‑premise events.

• Collaborate with clients to design menus and event details within budget.
• Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff.
• Manage vendor contracts, event logistics, and financial records.
• Ensure high‑quality service and resolve client concerns.
• Be hands on during events to ensure operational excellence and coach your team to continuous improvement.
• Review event performance and drive continuous improvement/innovation.

• 3–5 years of experience in catering or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and client relationships.
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing demands.
