The Remedy Concierge is a pivotal figure in the day-to-day operations of each club location, serving as the first and last point of contact for guests and members. This role thrives in hospitality focused customer service, is eager to learn the world of holistic self-care, and maintains a keen eye for detail in fast-paced environments. The Remedy Concierge ensures the comfort, satisfaction, and safety of guests and members during their remedy experiences, upholding our promise of leaving individuals feeling better than when they arrived.

We are looking for new team members for our new location opening in Boston, MA.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Concierge and Reception Desk
    • Creates a positive impression on our guests through exemplary service, warmth, and hospitality
    • Responsible for front desk operational needs such as scheduling services, checking in, and checking out guests
    • Responsible for timely answering of phone and text messages with appropriate responses to questions about services, memberships, and club operations
    • Adheres to hospitality standards for the front desk guest journey
    • Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
    • Gives club tours to guests
    • Knowledge of our CRM system including all necessary features for guest experience
  • Leading Hospitality Services
    • Provide exemplary customer service, upholding Remedy Hospitality Standards
    • Recommend services, retail, and F&B to guests to enhance their experience
    • Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department
    • Assist Practitioners in providing exemplary customer service standards within daily operations
  • Guest and Services Support
    • Administer Remedy guest journey experiences within standard operating procedures
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Remedy Education, including benefits and science behind holistic self-care services
    • Respond to questions about services, memberships, and club operations
    • Assist Club Crew in turning over guest experiences and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
    • Assist group experience instructors with class setup and breakdown
    • Support in all areas of the club with a   no job is too small " attitude
    • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, including scheduling conflicts and guest/member requests
    • Participate in Remedy Continued Education courses to stay up-to-date
    • Complete all daily operational checklists
    • Support club operations for in-club events and workshops
    • Assist in tracking and restocking of inventory
    • Take on additional tasks as needed to drive revenue and support the team
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Stay up to date on all company and club information by checking emails, charts, newsletters, and other company channels
    • Follow all company guidelines as outlined in the employee manual
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Must have terrific customer service skills
    • A consistently positive attitude
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of holistic self-care services and products
    • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with high profile clientele
    • Must be solution-oriented and self-motivated
    • Must have a strong work ethic
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
    • Must enjoy working within a team
    • Strong time management skills and practices
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS + WORK ENVIRONMENT
    • Must be able to stand or walk during work hours
    • Must be able to use laptop and phone during work hours
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
    • Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to assist in guest experience
    • Must be able to withstand high temperatures
