As Campus Lead, you launch and run Tour College Towns at your school. The website, booking system, marketing, and operating playbook are already built. What we need is someone on the ground who knows their school and wants to run a real business while they're still in college.

• Recruit and build your team of tour guides, mostly through your own Greek, club, and campus networks
• Train guides so every tour feels personal, unscripted, and worth it for the family
• Run tours yourself, especially early on
• Assign tours, manage the schedule, and make sure every booking is covered
• Keep tour quality high and follow up on reviews
• Help shape the local route: the spots on campus and in town that show what student life really looks like
• Be our point of contact at your school and share what's working and what isn't

• 10% revenue share of your school's market for as long as you run it
• Nothing required up front
• Real experience running a business: hiring, training, operations, and growth
• A strong resume line and a network of successful parents and founders
• Flexible hours that work around classes

• A current student with at least a year or two left at school
• Someone who knows their campus and college town well and is proud of it
• Connected through Greek life, clubs, athletics, or other student groups
