Job DescriptionLabor Relations plays an integral role in the negotiation, administration, and interpretation of the University's collective bargaining agreements. The position reports to the Director of Labor Relations, who reports to the Executive Director of Employee & Labor Relations. This role supports the Director by negotiating, administering, and interpreting collective bargaining agreements. The Manager of Labor Relations will work with management, staff, and union representatives to build and maintain a positive working environment by providing counseling, advice, training, and guidance on labor-related matters such as policy development, performance management, workforce support, contractual wage and hour issues, conflict resolution, mediations, arbitrations, and labor laws.
