Recruiter, Talent Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruiter to join our Direct Hire team. In this role, you’ll source, engage, and place top talent in high-quality positions, while laying the groundwork for your own professional growth.

Salary Range: $50K-$60K, plus commission

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 8:30-5

• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience in a professional services environment is preferred
• CRM/ATS experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media recruiting tools (Linked In, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a sales-driven culture

• Identify top candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods
• Search across traditional and non-traditional channels, including job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, networking, and referrals
• Apply advanced search techniques (Boolean searches, passive candidate outreach, etc.) to build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct initial interviews to engage and qualify candidates
• Stay informed on hiring trends, in-demand skill sets, and industry developments
• Provide comprehensive support to Staffing Consultants by proofreading and editing resumes, preparing and sending Docu Signs, conducting reference checks, and submitting candidates via employer ATS systems
