Client OverviewOur client is an investment management company and they are now looking for an HR Generalist
.
$45/hr - $50/hr
Position OverviewThe HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the HR department, with specific experience in employee relations investigations, terminations, and supporting a large non‑exempt employee population.
Responsibilities Of The HR Generalist- Serve as a primary resource for employee questions and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and termination support.
- Maintain accurate documentation for investigations, performance actions, and terminations.
- Provide guidance on company policies, ensuring HR processes and communications are clear, current, and compliant.
- Support compensation and talent management activities, including annual surveys and related initiatives.
- Assist with HR operations such as benefits, payroll, recruiting coordination, and compliance requirements.
- Promote a positive, professional work environment while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to employment laws.
- Employee relations experience including investigations.
- Experience with terminations.
- Experience working with a large non‑exempt employee base (real estate, hospitality, retail, maintenance‑related industries).
- Experience with UKG is a plus.
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
