Description
The HRIS Analyst provides hands‑on system and data support for Tatte Bakery's HR technology ecosystem, primarily the UKG platform. This role supports system configuration, reporting, data accuracy, and daily HRIS operations, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Analyst collaborates closely with the HRIS Manager and People Team to execute transactions, assist with audits, and troubleshoot user issues while learning system architecture and supporting future HR technology enhancements.
Key Responsibilities System Administration- Assist with configuration and maintenance of HRIS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Timekeeping).
- Monitor workflows and troubleshoot system errors in partnership with HRIS Manager.
- Maintain user access, roles, and permissions; ensure adherence to data security protocols.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of employee records and organizational structures.
- Generate standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards for HR and operations leaders.
- Document and maintain HRIS procedures and process flows.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions.
- Support user access requests and troubleshoot transactional issues.
- Create and update training materials and user guides.
- Partner with the HRIS Manager to deliver system training to HR and field users.
- Recommend system or process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, audit requests).
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- 2‑3 years of HRIS or HR systems experience (UKG preferred; Workday, ADP, or Ceridian acceptable).
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, performance, benefits, payroll, timekeeping).
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
- Experience supporting a multi‑state, multi‑site organization.
- Familiarity with Power BI or UKG Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- May require occasional travel to café or bakery locations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Competitive pay — ranging from $70,000‑$85,000 depending on experience.
