Senior Recruiter
We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the growth of our clients growing team. This role focuses on proactive talent attraction, pipeline development, and strategic partnership with hiring leaders.
Pay Range- $45.00/hr - $60.00/hr

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, hard-to-fill technical roles
- Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and outreach
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and market insights
- Use data and market trends to inform hiring strategies and advise stakeholders
- Deliver a positive, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth tech or SaaS environments
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and modern recruiting tools (AI-powered tools a plus)
- Ability to engage passive technical candidates and build long-term relationships
- Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
