Overview
Talent Acquisition Manager . This role is hybrid (in-person collaboration at our HQ in Boston twice weekly).
What you’ll do- Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning and role scoping through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing top talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring capability, align on expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience.
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline while continuously improving quality-of-hire and reducing time-to-hire.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, identify trends, and optimize recruiting processes.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to leaders across SaaS Applications, G&A, Weather, Space, and Go-To-Market teams by anticipating talent needs and proactively shaping hiring plans.
- Continuously refine recruiting operations and practices to scale with the business and support long-term growth.
- 5+ years as a leader of in-house, full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Talent sourcing expertise across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong understanding and consistent use of AI and automation tools.
- Background in competency-based interview design and assessment.
- Experience with data-driven hiring analytics (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, forecasting).
- Advanced proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting tools.
