We’re expanding our team of Recruitment Consultants across banking & finance, regulatory & insurance, legal, and quant markets. You’ll begin by supporting experienced recruiters, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates for active roles—with the opportunity to grow into a 360° consultant position over time.
Many of our team members come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, and our structured and intensive training program equips them with the skills to thrive in this fast-paced, relationship-driven industry.
What You’ll Be Doing- Partner with senior recruiters to identify and engage mid-to-senior-level candidates across specialized markets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates while learning the fundamentals of recruitment and market operations.
- Support business development activity and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
