Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2-3 days/week)
$65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
A marketing firm in Boston is looking for a self‑starting, organized HR Coordinator to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for supporting day‑to‑day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing bi‑weekly payroll, leaves of absence, and employee communications and engagement. Experience using Rippling HRIS is strongly preferred.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of HR support experience
- Direct experience working in Rippling HRIS
- Knowledge of US employment law and compliance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
