The Opportunity

• We are hiring Senior and Principal Consultants to join our brilliant Boston office, based in a vibrant workspace in the heart of the city.

• This is a client-facing, 360 recruitment role where you will have full ownership of your market. You will be responsible for building your own client base, deepening relationships with existing partners, and delivering best-in-class talent solutions to life sciences businesses across the US and globally.

• You will join a high-performing, ambitious team with the backing, infrastructure, and investment needed to scale quickly and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development with confidence, using consultative and value-led approaches

• Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships, including land and expand strategies

• Source, headhunt, and engage high-calibre life sciences talent using Linked In Recruiter and specialist industry channels

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding

• Coordinate interviews, gather detailed feedback, and advise both clients and candidates throughout the process

• Maintain accurate and compliant records across Bullhorn and internal systems

• Position yourself as a trusted market expert within your chosen life sciences niche

What We’re Looking For

• A proven and consistent billing track record in a 360 recruitment environment

• Strong business development capability with a confident, consultative style

• Life sciences recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential for those with the right mindset and learning agility

• Ability to build rapport quickly, problem-solve effectively, and perform under pressure

• A self-starter mentality with ambition, optimism, and emerging leadership qualities

• Highly organised, professional, and accountable in everything you do
