Talent Acquisition Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Boston, on site

Compensation: $100k + bonus

Contract type: Temp to Perm

A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Boston. This role will own full-cycle recruiting-from requisition creation through offer acceptance-for roles across Investment and Operations teams, spanning campus recruitment to Senior Associate/Principal level. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple searches, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, and offer delivery.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through research, direct sourcing, and strategic outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, candidate scorecards, and selection strategies.
  • Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external recruiting partners and hold them accountable to delivery and DEI goals.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity, reporting, and recruiting documentation.
  • Prepare compensation data, offer materials, and support onboarding activities including background checks and training coordination.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to support diverse hiring initiatives.
  • Uphold data privacy, confidentiality, and information security standards.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (internal, agency, or hybrid).
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and candidate management.
  • Strong sourcing experience and proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and modern recruitment tools.
  • High attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working with systems, databases, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
