To support this growth, we’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, a highly experienced, hands‑on recruiter who thrives in fast‑moving environments and wants to own hiring outcomes end‑to‑end.
Role OverviewThis is a senior individual contributor role, not a people‑manager position.
You will own full‑cycle recruiting across AtScale during a critical growth phase, partnering directly with executive leadership and hiring managers to build high‑quality teams quickly and thoughtfully. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting instincts with operational rigor and who enjoys being in the work every day.
You will be accountable for hiring results: pipeline quality, speed, candidate experience, and offer close rates. While you will collaborate closely with leadership, this role is execution‑focused and deeply hands‑on.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Hiring Execution- Partner directly with the executive team and functional leaders to translate business priorities into clear hiring plans and role definitions.
- Own full‑cycle recruiting for all roles across GTM, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and G&A, from intake through offer close.
- Proactively source and engage high‑caliber candidates using a mix of outbound sourcing, referrals, networks, and inbound optimization.
- Design and run structured, repeatable recruiting processes, including:
- Intake alignment
- Interview design and panel calibration
- Candidate evaluation and decisioning
- Offer strategy and closing
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market dynamics, role leveling, compensation signals, and candidate assessment.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, and quality indicators.
Continuously improve candidate experience—from first touch through onboarding handoff.
- Own recruiting workflows, documentation, and tooling to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Evaluate and optimize talent acquisition tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, interview tools) with a bias toward efficiency and signal quality.
- Establish lightweight, scalable recruiting processes appropriate for a high‑growth SaaS company without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, consistent employee experience from offer acceptance through exit.
- Serve as the primary administrator for Tri Net
- Maintain the employee handbook, policies, and required documentation in partnership with leadership and external counsel.
- Ensure accurate, secure employee records and clean people data.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic employee questions and operational HR needs, escalating when appropriate.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, with significant time spent as a hands‑on recruiter.
- Proven success scaling teams in a high‑growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience recruiting across a mix of technical, GTM, and operational roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort owning difficult, high‑impact searches.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering directly with executives.
AtScale is a globally distributed organization headquartered in Boston, MA, with team members across multiple time zones. While we prefer candidates based in the Boston area, we also welcome remote applicants who are able to work East Coast hours.
