Role Summary

We are seeking a Recruiting specialist for a fixed‑term contract role. In this position you will own end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned roles— manage stakeholders, run Workday processes, source strong pipelines, and keep momentum. You’ll use Workday Recruiting, Hired Score, and emerging AI tools to deliver speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Use Hired Score for intelligent screening and Paradox for candidate engagement (where available).

Stakeholder Management

  • Advise hiring managers and HRBPs on strategy, timelines, and market insights.
  • Lead updates and influence decisions with data.

System & Process

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday; follow Job Application Business Process.
  • Ensure timely movement through screening, interviews, and offers.

Candidate Experience

  • Communicate promptly and inclusively; represent ADI’s brand.
  • Spot bottlenecks and propose fixes to improve speed and fairness.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years’ recruiting experience, ideally in tech/engineering.
  • Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar ATS; process discipline and data accuracy.
  • Clear communication and influencing skills.
Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with AI recruiting tools, global hiring practices, and technical talent markets.

Success Measures
  • Time-to-offer and pipeline quality.
  • Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Data integrity and compliance in Workday.
