Experienced Employee Benefits Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford or Boston
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Employee Benefits Practice Group in either Connecticut or Boston, with the ability to work two days per week remotely.
Qualifications- Minimum 12 years of employee benefits experience, including work with qualified plans, nonqualified plans, and executive compensation.
- Experience drafting plan documents and amendments and addressing complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions.
- Experience advising clients in ERISA, qualified pension and 401(k) plans, 403(b), and health and welfare plans.
- Top academic credentials.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing ability.
