Healthcare Recruiter

AAS Healthcare Staffing’s RPO division is seeking additional full-cycle, highly experienced, contracted recruiters to join our growing team. Physician and Advanced Practice Provider recruitment experience is preferred. Our client partners span the healthcare continuum, ranging from large academic medical centers to rapidly growing startups and single-specialty practices.

As our organization continues to expand, we are looking for talented and experienced recruiters to join our team on an initial contract basis.

• Partner with AAS’s client stakeholders and Hiring Managers
• Develop, update job descriptions, and partner with AAS’s internal marketing and sourcing team
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other sources
• Screening candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitude
• Work with clients HR team closely to apply HR/recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and recruiting reports as needed
• Act as the single point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process

• Proven experience as a full-cycle healthcare recruiter
• Working closely with hiring managers/HR in presenting and negotiating offers with finalists
• Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, and on-boarding
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong influencing and decision-making skills
• Ability to move from different projects as needed
• Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area is a preferred
• Must be able to provide 3 professional references upon request
