We are currently hiring an Early Career Talent Co-op in Boston, MA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July 2026 - December 2026.
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment and program management for our Early Career Talent initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campus recruiting, candidate engagement, and program operations within a dynamic Consumer Package Goods (CPG) environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op and Campus Ambassador candidates.
- Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions.
- Maintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Help plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for early talent participants.
- Monitor program metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics.
- Work on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus.
- Passion for talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to full-cycle recruitment and program management.
- Experience working in a leading CPG company with a strong focus on early talent.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
