HR/Human Resources position for commercial construction company in Boston
This is a permanent, full-time position with a great salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Review current policies and procedures, and look for areas of improvement
- Work on benefits enrollments
- Support field and office management
- Conflict resolution with employees
- Review workers comp claims and payroll questions and issues
- Assist with hiring and termination
Requirements:
- 3 to 15 years of HR experience working for a commercial construction company
- Local
- Familiar with MA Labor Laws. Union, and Prevailing Wage
- Strong education and HR Certifications preferred
