Position: Human Resources (HR) Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a Massachusetts organization as its primary HR lead in a Long-term Contract position. This role will oversee essential employee lifecycle activities, provide day-to-day HR guidance, and help maintain compliant, efficient people operations for a workforce of approximately 64 employees. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in HR administration, employee relations, benefits coordination, and onboarding, with the ability to manage sensitive matters independently and professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and leadership, handling a broad range of human resources matters across the organization.
• Administer employee leave processes, ensuring requests are managed accurately and in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, supporting smooth transitions for new team members and departing employees.
• Manage benefits-related administration, including preparation for open enrollment and employee support during the enrollment cycle from December through March.
• Support employment-related documentation and processes connected to work authorization and eligibility to work in the U.S., partnering with appropriate internal or external resources as needed.
• Maintain HR records and systems, keeping employee information current and organized while supporting reporting and compliance needs.
• Assist with recruiting activities as needed, with primary involvement centered on offer coordination and onboarding for a limited number of open roles.
• Help administer HR processes associated with grant-funded employment activities, ensuring documentation and procedures are completed properly.
