Life Science recruite

This reputable staffing firm has strong, tenured people with healthy, long-lasting clients in the Technology, Life Sciences, Insurance, Manufacturing, Sustainability, Medical Devices, Staffing, and Office Services space. This firm has been around for 53 years and is the largest privately held staffing firm. Several staff members have been recognized as being top producers in the country.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development or 360 Recruiters to go after new business. They will mostly focus on life sciences, technology, manufacturing, and medical devices.

• Identify and obtain contracts with clients primarily for Life Science needs
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure coverage of the roles you bring in
• Meet with colleagues three times a week to update the progress on roles
• Ensure delivery and successful placement and contract completion of Life Science candidates
• Maintain KPIs put forth by the Managing Director and CEO
• Produce placements while being effective in working remotely

• 5+ years of experience working the sales side of Life Science staffing
• Proven track record of identifying, connecting with, and obtaining qualified candidates
• Bachelor's Degree
• Staffing agency experience is a must
