- Linux, Bash/Power Shell scripting
- Experience with microservices / SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of security‑first development
- Ability to influence architectural decisions
- SRE practices & production automation
- Understanding of compliance frameworks
- Python, Java, or .NET development experience
- Azure Dev Ops or Ansible exposure
- Experience supporting distributed teams
