Support environment experience, including understanding ticket priorities, escalation matrix, client communication, weekly status reports, and MI protocols.
Exposure to banking applications support.
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
Additional knowledge of Grafana.
Excellent customer communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and team collaboration abilities.
