The OpportunityWe’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead the evolution of our platform’s user experience, focusing on enterprise CRM and pipeline management, data visualization, and design system excellence. What You'll DoLead Product Design End-to-End
- Own the design of complex enterprise CRM and pipeline management workflows, translating intricate business processes into intuitive, actionable experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to define user flows, dashboards, and interfaces that support sales, BD, and operations teams.
- Advocate for users across the platform, ensuring seamless interactions for multi-stakeholder enterprise workflows.
Drive Data Visualization Excellence
- Design interactive, enterprise-grade dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex datasets clearly and effectively.
- Establish patterns, guidelines, and reusable components for scalable, maintainable data visualization experiences.
- Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to implement designs that are both technically feasible and visually compelling.
Maintain and Evolve the Design System
- Collaborate on the design system’s evolution, ensuring consistency across our product suite.
- Introduce new components, patterns, and best practices to support rapid feature development.
Essential Qualifications
- 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise CRM, pipeline management, and workflow design.
- Expertise in data visualization, translating complex data into intuitive dashboards and interfaces. Strong experience with design systems, component libraries, and design tooling (Figma, Storybook, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality UI implementations.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
