Expert AI/ML Algorithm Developer – Speech/Audio

Q ML team is growing, and we are looking for a few AI/ML algorithm developers who will join us and be responsible for developing and implementing new methods for modeling human communication. In this role, you will deal with unique proprietary data, develop algorithms to process it, and devise metrics to evaluate and perfect them. Your input will provide insight on the quality of the data and what needs to be improved and you will affect the entire workflow and the design of our system.

You will have the opportunity to perform both cutting edge research, as well as product-oriented development and eventually push the size of the models to their limits in order to run on a low resource and power compute.

As a speech/audio algorithm developer, you will utilize and develop a wide variety of algorithms and methods from the speech recognition and audio enhancement domain, ranging from audio signal processing to SOTA ASR and NLP techniques, to develop our unique multidisciplinary technology.

• Candidates must have permanent US Work authorization (no visa sponsorship by Q)*

• At least 5 year's experience in machine learning.
• At least 5 year's experience with speech processing and ASR / Audio enhancement
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) – significant advantage
• Knowledge and experience with signal processing – an advantage
• Practical experience with large-scale data processing, design and performance evaluation
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and toolkits (PyTorch, Tensor Flow).
• Experience with utilizing modern frameworks and recent research

• M.Sc. in computer science with a thesis in fields of AI / Data science and equivalents
• Ph.D. is an advantage
