Cybersecurity GRC Associate – Boston (Hybrid)

We’re hiring an Associate to support cyber governance, risk, and compliance for a global investment firm. This role offers direct exposure to C-level leadership and cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Security Operations.

What you’ll do:

• Help shape and maintain cybersecurity policies and frameworks
• Support global IT risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Track risk metrics and report to internal stakeholders
• Liaise with teams across legal, vendor management, and enterprise risk
• Assist in audits and help prepare quarterly security updates for leadership

What’ll bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in GRC, cyber, or risk (ideally in financial services)
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
• Interest in evolving cyber threats and regulatory trends
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Info Sec, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Willing to obtain a CGRC (Certified in Governance, Risk & Compliance) within the first year
