- This position is responsible for supporting the Rational Tools (RRC, RTC, RAM), including:
- Providing level 2/3 user support
- Customizing Rational Team Concert (RTC) workflows
- Customizing Rational Requirements Composer workflows
- Providing input on implementing best practices
- Providing end-user training
- Completing generic user requests (creating projects, modifying privileges, etc.)
- Experience with HP Testing Tools preferred. Experience with Serena / Nolio deployment tools preferred. Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments.
